About Holiday Order Protection

Holiday Order Protection is an optional add-on that customers may choose to purchase with their order.

It provides additional protection for eligible orders that experience qualifying loss, physical damage, or theft while in transit to the delivery destination.

Holiday Order Protection is completely optional and is available for an additional fee.

1. Protection Period

Holiday Order Protection begins once your parcel leaves our fulfillment facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Protection remains active while the package is in transit and automatically ends once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

2. Eligible Incidents

Holiday Order Protection applies only to qualifying incidents that occur while the parcel is in transit.

Eligible incidents may include:

Lost Shipments:
A shipment may qualify as lost if the carrier officially confirms that the parcel has been lost, or if tracking shows no new movement or update for more than 15 business days.

Transit Damage:
Protection may apply when the merchandise arrives physically broken, damaged, or unusable as a result of handling during tra
